Return & Refund Policy for Books

Thank you for your support and for purchasing directly from Brittany Dickson’s official store. Each order is appreciated, and every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the policy below regarding returns and refunds.

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital purchases.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your item, please contact me at info@brittanydicksonofficial.com, and I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns or refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The book arrived damaged or defective
   
• You received the wrong item
   

If you experience one of these issues, please email info@brittanydicksonofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable.

If approved, you may receive a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued once the item is returned or verified as damaged.

Please Note:

• I do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse
   
• Return shipping costs (if required) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon
   

If you purchased my book through a third-party platform, please refer to that retailer’s return and refund policy. I am not able to process refunds for items purchased outside of my official store.
